Dr. Katrina Hombrebueno provides musculoskeletal care and performance-focused treatment for active individuals and athletes.
Her clinical approach combines detailed assessment, movement analysis, hands-on treatment—including Active Release Techniques—and rehabilitation to help patients move efficiently, train consistently, and reduce the risk of recurring injury.
With a strong focus on running-related injuries and endurance athletes, Katrina brings both clinical expertise and personal experience as a competitive endurance runner and founder of Evolve Run Club.
She works with patients to understand the factors contributing to their symptoms and builds clear, structured plans to support long-term progress.
She is part of the team delivering performance therapy at Optimal Performance Clinic, helping patients move beyond injury and perform at a higher level.
